FAVOURITES | March

 Hey Everyone!

Once again I'm late with my monthly favourites, however as i didn't put a post together last month i definitely wanted to do one this month as it's one of my favourite blog posts to do.. So sorry it's so late but i hope you enjoy my top picks for March!

My first item is the Fleur De Force 'The Glam Guide' It seems to be the latest fad for every Youtuber to bring out a book and to be completley honest with you this is the only one that's grabbed my attention! I wasn't sure how i would feel about this book and how useful it would be to me but i was still eager to have a read! I've been watching Fleur on Youtube for a while now and i like how she is a little different to all the other mainstream Youtubers, i find her tutorials and her monthly favourites interesting and feel i can relate to her and actually enjoy listening to the products that she is recomending. It really does cover loads of topics..  anything from finding the right pair of jeans to suit you, beauty advice, healthy eating advice and even yummy recipes.. The illustrations are really pretty and simple and the book overall is just really well put together! Well done Fleur it's a fantastic read! I picked mine up from tesco which you can buy here.

My second product and one that I've been loving since purchasing it back in January is the L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Exclusion - Nude by JLO, i was actually recommended this by my bestie and fellow beauty blogger Life without a fun sponge. This really is the perfect nude lipstick.. the product itself is super moisturised, gives a gorgeous colour and also sits on the lips really well.. However because the product is so sheer and glossy it does need topping up throughout the day. This lipstick i was £6.99 and can be purchased here.

My third product and one that i mentioned in my Revolution Mini Haul which you can read here - The blushing hearts blusher in candy queen of hearts. I have loved this product ever since I bought it back in November.. as you can see from the below picture it looks like i haven't even used it.. i promise i have!! The pigment is insane, the tiniest bit on the brush goes such a long way and it was such great value for money. My other favourite part of this product is the packaging i love the pink heart that it sits in. The product itself comes in a wide range of shades and they have even recently added highlighters to their range. Each heart is £4.99 - such a reasonable price for how much product you get and finally you can pick them up here.

My fourth product is a little random but something i have been enjoying a lot! I sometimes feel that drinking tea in the morning can be a little heavy and on the odd occasion sits in my belly making me feel sick. Whilst browsing the tea isle at Tesco (seriously i sound about 80) I recently purchased this pack of Pukka supreme matcha green tea as i had heard nothing but great benefits of drinking matcha some of the benefits of this are that it naturally detoxes the body whilst keeping you nice and calm.. matcha is also packed full of antioxidants which are great for the body! I bought a pack of 20 teabags for £2.39 which come individually packaged.

My fifth and final product is the L'Oreal Elvive Colour Protect hair masque. As i bleach my hair regularly (every 3 months or so) i like to apply some kind of masque to my hair to protect the colour, keep it hydrated and fresh. This is a new one for me and i love it, i've nearly used the whole tub in a month! I love to pop it through my bleached locks and then brush it through with my aqua tangle teezer before rinsing it out! This pot is £5.09 which you can purchase here.

I hope you enjoyed my monthly favourites! Hopefully next month i actually do this post on time!

What have your favourites been this month?

Spring Polish!

Yippeeee!! It's finally spring, the flowers are starting to bloom.. and the sun is shinning!! Literally one of my favourite times of the year and in honour of this i decided to put together a few of my favourite spring polishes and surprise surprise it's all pastels.. i feel so happy to come out of the darker colours and to start embracing the pastels!

From left to right -

Revlon Parfumerie in colour apricot nectar, this beautiful pale pink / orange nail varnish is actually one of my faves, they go on really smoothly with two coats and give a really vibrant colour. This one has an apricot scent which is quite nice then the normal harsh nail varnish smell.

Avon nailwear pro+ in colour lemon sugar. I also really love the Avon nail varnishes, they are a really reasonably priced and seem to stay without chipping a little longer then my other nail varnishes. The only downfall with this colour is that because it's so pale you do need a few coats in order for the colour to pop!

Essie in colour tart deco. Know i don't no about other people but i don't find that the Essie polishes actually last for very long, i find they chip easily but I'm always drawn in by their beautiful colours and massive selection and this one i had to have as i really love corals in the summer.

Next up are the Barry M Hi-Shine gel polishes. I am a massive fan of these Barry M polishes, i think the quality for the price is fantastic, they go on really smoothly and the colours are really stunning. From left to right i have Huckleberry - a really pale creamy blue colour,  Prickly Pear - a pale lilac, Grapefruit -  a very vibrant pink and Blueberry - a darker pastel blue. I can't recommend these enough and they are really the perfect spring colours!

What are your favourite polishes this spring?
